spay veterinary services Dr. Karen Williams-   Veterinarian

I am an Oklahoma native, and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1987. I began practice at a hospital in Sunnyvale, Texas.  In 1998 I opened Companion Animal Care Clinic in the current location, however, the clinic was located in 1/4 of the building.  As the clinic grew, we expanded into the entire building. This practice has grown based on client service and the compassion we have for both client and pet.  My goal has always been to treat others as I would like to be treated.

I live with my husband, Brian, and 2 children, Alicia and Kris in Point, Texas.  Most of my long time clients know my children as they have grown up here, and Alicia now works as an animal techincian parttime.
Tanner Watson-   Office Manager
I started at Companion Animal Care Clinic as a young volunteer in 2007 and became a full time employee in 2009.  I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in 2014 with a BBA in Finance and have come back here to the clinic to help Dr. Williams as her manager. Growing up here over the years, I have become close with our clients and see them as good friends. Originally working as a kennel technician in the back, I was especially able to bond with the pets and see them grow from small puppies and kittens to full grown adults and treat them like my own.  I currently have a black lab named Max, and a Lab/Corgi mix named Riley.

If there is anything we can help with please call. I look forward to getting to know you and your pet.
Morgan Durant-   Veterinary Technician
I graduated from Mesquite High School and have attended Cedar Valley College where I received my Small Animal Assisting Certificate.  I came to work at Companion Animal Care Clinic in August of 2012, and have enjoyed getting to know the patients.

I currently live in Forney, and enjoy spending time with Hamilton, my pot bellied pig, Lady, my chocolate lab, and Diesel, a black lab mix that was a resuce from the clinic.

Please feel secure in knowing when your pets are in my care they are treated as one of my own.
Janice Granillo-   Kennel Manager
I was raised in Mesquite, and worked with race horses for 25 years, in Texas, Louisana and Kentucky.  I have been back in Mesquite for a year, and am currently enjoying working with smaller animals!

I have always loved animals, I have 2 dogs of my own named Chico and Skeeter.  I am dedicated to making sure your pets are cared for with the same care and love I have for my own pets.
The rest of the staff includes high school and college students that work parttime.  Most have worked in the clinic first as volunteers and now as paid employees. Most have goals of working an animal related field after college, and all are compassionate kids that love animals.
